Nikolay Sednin is an artist, writer, photographer, art critic, and public figure. Honorary Artist of Russia, Doctor of Art History, Professor.
Since 1984, the artist has created more than 1,000 paintings, drawings, sculptures and photographs, many of which are included in Russian and foreign museum and gallery collections. In 2018, the Nikolai Sednin House Museum was opened in Russia.
Academician and Honorary President of the International Academy of Contemporary Arts (since 2019). Chairman of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia (since 2020), Chairman of the Editorial Board of the international award "ELITARCH" (since 2013), Chairman of the jury of the international competition "Art. Nikolay Sednin is the founder of the "Di-Art" direction (since 2000) and the founder of the author's style "Heliografika" (since 2006). Participant of more than 100 international exhibitions and competitions. Multiple winner of the world's largest visual art competitions, winner of the World Photographic Oscar (Super Circuit-2012).
In 2012, Nikolai Sednin joined the international project "The Greatest Artists of the world of the XVIII-XXI centuries" according to the Unified Art Rating handbook.
